Engineer, full Professor of Drawing at the University of Salerno, he is honorary professor of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and Universidad Científica del Sur, Lima. President of the UID (Union of Italian Drawing) and QUACING (Agency Certification of Quality and EUR-ACE Accreditation of Engineering courses), was dean of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Salerno (2001- 2013) and President of the Conference of Deans of the Italian Engineering Faculties (2006-2013), transforming it in “Conference for Engineering”.
Since 2008 he is spokesman of the Interconference and National Coordination Directors’ Managers’ of Universities Conference.
In 2007 he received the “UID Golden Plaque”, in 2010 the Certificate of Magister. He is the author of over one hundred and sixty scientific publications including books (19), writings in collective volumes, articles in national and international journals and conference papers.
