Alessandra Coppari holds a Bachelor of Architecture (2013) from the University of Rome La Sapienza. She earned a master’s degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing (2018) and a PhD in Architecture from ETSAM (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura), within the Architectural Communication Doctoral Program at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2024). Her interdisciplinary research focuses primarily on the spatial consequences of urbanization and tourism in cities, with a particular emphasis on the European context. She has published articles in indexed journals such as Ciudad y Territorio. Estudios Territoriales and CIUR, Cuadernos de Investigación Urbanística. She has worked on various workshops and activities for the recovery of urban spaces and in the scenography sector (cinema and theatre).
